In your opinion, what is this person's greatest leadership asset, skill or talent and what suggestions do you have for leveraging this?
Ability to cut through the detail and deal with the underlying issue.
Calmness and Confidence
Chris has a wonderful sense of humour and can be very non-judgemental. This has a way of smoothing the waters and can help a lot during times of change.
Very calm in tight situations. Able to make a decision and act on it. Use in strategic situations.
Being aware of the market place and what is going on in his neck of the woods. The ability to listen well and respond calmy.
Chris's greatest leadership asset is his ability to coach others so that they can perform at a higher level. He brings
perspective and insight such that others can see the opportunity, own it as their own and then move toward it.
Providing space to allow people to come to their own conclusions on topics. He is not afraid to be honest in his feedback. He will not lie or deviate from fact to make someone feel better, but his approach is not hard nosed. It is done in a very kind manner. He has a unique ability to read a situation and know what direction to take the learning.
Chris best leadership is his style in coaching around a situation that feels like your decision. He would then help step out the process that is required to help achieve the outcome.
Ability to read people and situations not just listening to what is said but what is not said and their actions. I think Chris could add value in large organisations not just small to medium organisations.
Strategic vision, articulate, personable.
